Prior to the event:
My fee structure is based on the scope and duration of my services. This will be based on hours spent prior to the event for meetings, organization, and communications, as well as day-of coordination on site and post-event wrap up.Following our initial consultation, my focus during the planning process will include:
Sourcing and contracting any vendors, including caterer, rentals, florals, and any other vendors as needed.
On-going communication and management of vendors to assess set up, logistics, and additional planning and requirements.
Creation and revisions of floor plan.
Creation and revisions of timeline.
Decor and design creation and assistance.
Walk-through with all necessary vendors.
Provide you with a sense of ease and well-being that you have a point person to share the responsibility of producing a seamless event that will impress your guests!
Day of the event:
• Managing vendor set up and ensuring that the decor.
and atmosphere is consistent with the design vision.
• On site supervision of vendors.
• Management of timeline and event.
• Trouble shooting and managing any unforeseen situations.
• Making sure the event is fabulous and everyone is
having a wonderful time!
Following the event:
• Reviewing final billing from vendors.
• Making sure rentals are picked up/returned.
• Help wrap up any loose ends as needed.
